Preparation:
Try them like this: coat the veal slices in flour and sauté them in a little hot oil, then sprinkle with salt and add some white wine. When the wine has evaporated, add the raw ham, the champignons and a few crushed cherry tomatoes. Simmer gently for about half an hour, then add some chopped parsley. a delicately-flavoured, quick and easy meal to prepare with its fair share of tasty tradition.
